This page sets out the legal terms that apply when you use the IzzatD website or engage us for website and system development services.

1. Introduction

  • These Terms of Service are provided by IzzatD.
  • These terms apply to your use of this website and to all IzzatD services.
  • By requesting, purchasing, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

  • Custom website development.
  • Custom system development.
  • UI/UX design and implementation.
  • Maintenance and support when included in the proposal.
  • Hosting setup or management when explicitly included in the proposal.
  • Services not listed in the approved proposal, including mobile apps and SEO campaigns, are excluded unless separately agreed.

3. Project Scope

  • All work is delivered strictly according to the approved proposal, scope, and timeline.
  • Any additional features or changes outside scope require a separate quotation and approval.
  • Project timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and material delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide required content, brand assets, access credentials, and technical information.
  • Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed and do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Respond to requests, feedback, and approvals within the agreed timeframes.
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid timeline delays.

5. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required before project work begins unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Milestone payments apply when defined in the approved quotation or contract.
  • Final payment must be settled before production deployment, handover, or ownership transfer.
  • Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, and applicable late fees if stated in the invoice.

6. Revisions and Changes

  • The number of revision rounds included is defined in the approved proposal.
  • Extra revisions beyond included rounds are billed separately.
  • Major scope changes are treated as a new phase or new project and re-quoted accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The client owns the final approved deliverables after full payment is received.
  • IzzatD retains the right to display non-confidential project work in portfolio and marketing materials.
  • Third-party tools, libraries, plugins, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • IzzatD does not guarantee specific business results such as revenue, SEO rankings, or traffic growth.
  • IzzatD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • IzzatD is not responsible for outages or failures from third-party providers, including hosting, payment gateways, and external APIs.

9. Termination

  • IzzatD may suspend or terminate work for non-payment, prolonged inactivity, or breach of terms.
  • If a project is canceled, completed work up to the cancellation date remains billable.
  • Ownership transfer and full handover occur only after all outstanding invoices are fully settled.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any disputes arising from services or these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
